Meet Fabien Debono

Fabien’s career in real estate started around 2003, soon after he completed his post-secondary education. After working as a property consultant with another agency for about 13 years, in 2016 he joined Alliance Group with the scope of taking his career to a higher level. At the time, Alliance was still operating as part of an international real estate franchise and he had already established his own network of contacts to begin forming a team to open another Alliance branch office in Pietà.

Together with his business partners Michael Bonello, Jay Jay Micallef, Brian Magri and Dylan Micallef, he opened the new office in December 2016; first starting out with just five people. Fabien’s award-winning team is today composed of no less than 18 agents, including some of the best performing of the Group. Fabien’s entrepreneurial spirit continually drives him to challenge himself and continue expanding his horizons.

The Alliance Marina branch is managed by Fabien Debono, one of the youngest and most enterprising and experienced managers within Alliance group.
