Meet Nick Sammut
After reading for a BA in Legal and Humanistic Studies at the University of Malta, nick started his career in the insurance industry. At the time he was very interested in the real estate market, and around 2010, after having been speculating for some time, his passion for the property market took off more seriously. At first, he worked as a sales consultant and later he stepped up into a managerial role, before becoming Sales Director with a boutique agency.
As every professional’s dream is to work with the best people in their industry, Nick joined Alliance Group and today proudly represents the brand as Branch Manager of our office in St Julian’s. With an excellent sales team making up his office, we are seeing superb results. Rather than basing his focus on simply selling homes, Nick’s objective is to develop relationships that last, thus enabling him to facilitate our agents’ deals and enhance our closing capabilities. Nick takes great pride in providing not only support, but also ongoing training to our staff, and in seeing them succeed and work successfully and happily for Alliance.
Our Alliance St Julian’s branch is located close to Pender Gardens, just outside the new Mercury towers, off Regional Road connecting the south and north of Malta with easy access to all localities.

Nick: I feel my greatest asset as a branch manager is my own career path – working my way out from property sales to branch management gives you a lot of insight. Insight and experiments that you would not have gathered through academics or in my case studying law at university.
