Located on the Sliema front, Alliance Fortizza is another new branch that joins the Alliance network through a partnership between entrepreneur Peter Frendo and seasoned property professional Claude Balzan Demajo.

Recognised for his negotiating skills, Peter’s experience in online and logistics business, complements Claude’s vast knowledge of Malta’s property landscape. Together, they support their team of multi-cultural advisors, catering for letting and sales business in the Gzira, Sliema, St. Julians area as well as anywhere else in Malta.

Apart from five new branches recently launched in Attard, Birkirkara, Sliema and Gharghur, Alliance founding branches are located in Tigne Sliema, St. Julians, Swieqi, San Gwann, Gzira, Pieta Marina and Santa Venera, and at least three other branch openings are planned for this year, including in Mosta, Fgura and St. Paul’s Bay.
