Alliance by Malta Commercial Agency branch will be focused
solely on commercial properties including sales and letting of office spaces, catering establishments,
warehousing and storage spaces, retail shops and hotels and guesthouses.

The new Alliance Mosta branch located on Vjal l-Indipendenza, facing the Chapel of San-Silvestru roundabout, is the 25th branch in the Alliance network and is being run by real estate professional Andrew Agius and his growing team of sales and letting advisors.

Alliance Real Estate People were treated to a fun-filled summer event at the Hilton Merkanti Beach Club, where everyone got a chance to spend the whole day relaxing with their colleagues and making new connections with so many new people who joined the ever-growing Alliance branch network this year.

Co-owned by Mantvydas Matthew Narusevicius and Pavle Brajkovski, the new branch called Alliance by BCP Properties, is located on Tower Road Sliema promenade, an ideal location for residential luxury sales and letting and commercial sales and letting, which are the main focus areas of the new branch.

Alliance Group’s newest branch and its first one on the island of Gozo, is getting ready to open in the coming weeks, just around the corner from Arkadia Commercial Centre on Triq Karlu Galea in Victoria (Rabat). It will be the base for a growing team of sales and letting agents, led by franchise owner and branch manager Charlene Xerri Gatt.
