Some of the most outstanding real estate people are women and at Alliance we actively #BreakTheBias in our community, in the workplace and everywhere. We do this always and more so today on International Women’s Day 2022.

In less than 18 months, five operational real estate companies have decided to rebrand their premises and engage their existing teams into the Alliance franchise network.

Although for obvious reasons, company policy does not encourage office romances, we do have no less than six couples within Alliance, who are in a committed relationship or married together, and working as colleagues; and in the run up to Valentine’s Day, we met up with them to find out how this works for them.

New Alliance Letting Division launched with operational innovations to benefit tenants, landlords and agents of letting properties in Malta.

The main purpose of this law is to ensure standards of fairness, clarity and predictability in contractual relations between landlords and their tenants, whilst protecting the right to adequate accommodation for everyone.
