A dedicated advisor focused on developers and investor clients

Eleno’s first job was shopkeeper of a small confectionery store owned by his family in Zabbar. Although that didn’t involve very complex management or sales techniques, it gave him his first contact with many different people outside of his family circle, and planted in him seeds that will keep on growing to bear fruit later in his life.

At age 20, he started working in real estate and now thirteen years later, he has never looked back. He is constantly investing in himself to continually improve his skills and is always keen to rise to any challenge that comes in his way. He is a dedicated father of his five year old son Elijah, and he dreams of a world where no more children are dying from hunger.

Eleno still lives in Zabbar and is now based at Alliance Strand branch in Gzira. From here he works mainly on central and north harbour areas of Gzira, Msida, Hamrun, Pieta, Birkirkara, San Gwann, St. Julians and Sliema. But that’s not to say he has any physical boundaries. He focuses mainly on investor and developer sectors and is driven by closing lucrative deals that generate good profits for his clients.

Asked about his most memorable sale, Eleno recalls an investor client for whom he had found a lovely townhouse with lots of potential in Sliema. It is his most unforgettable deal because within six months that investor had managed to flip the property around and make a cool €100,000 in the process. “What I like most about being a property advisor is when my investor clients take my advice and I see them make money.”, Eleno claims proudly. This kind of job satisfaction is often shared by many professional property advisors who work with investors, as they thrive on bringing buyers and sellers together every day and when business is done honestly and fairly, there are always good deals to be made.

Eleno advises buyers to invest their time in learning the mechanics of the market when they are in it to invest in a purchase. “I would rather have an informed client with whom I can debate intelligently, and we can synergise our thinking together, than one who is totally blank and ends up relying on not-to-good advice from family and friends who are just as uninformed as he or she is.”, he concludes.
