Kinga has been a property advisor for less than a year and in these few months, she has already achieved the proficiency and confidence of a reliable property consultant. Helping her get there fast, and also helping her get to know Malta better, the support of her branch manager Francois and her colleagues at the Alliance Santa Venera branch has been indispensable. During this short time, Kinga has managed to secure her first three sales and has others in various stages of conclusion. So, her future is looking very bright and so it is no wonder she’s often seen wearing her beaming smile.

Kinga is originally from Poland and moved to Malta from the UK where she was working in sales. “I came to Malta with my best friend, who moved here for work”, she explains. “I had visited the islands on holiday before and immediately fell in love with the people, the warm climate and of course the Mediterranean lifestyle. It’s very easy to fall in love with Malta”. she laughs. Kinga explains how living in Malta was much easier to get comfortable with after her experience of living in UK. “The lifestyle is very different here and everyone can fit in.”

Currently living in Mosta and based at Alliance branch in Santa Venera, Kinga specialises mostly in properties located in central areas around Qormi, Birkirkara, Mosta, Naxxar and Attard. She is mostly passionate about unconverted properties. “I admire Maltese townhouses and farmhouses for their unique character. Not one is like the other and I am always excited to explore the different development potential with my clients during viewings”, she explains. Her natural flair for interior design is definitely an asset in this regard as it enables her to help clients visualise the potential of properties that may not look so promising when you first see them.

In her free time, Kinga enjoys going to the gym and meeting friends for drinks, shopping and socialising. “Fashion fascinates me and I love browsing online and going around shops looking at fashion with friends”, she confirms. Her other hobbies include cooking and travelling, which like everyone else, she has had to put on hold for now.
