7 Aug 2021 – During the first edition of the Real Estate, Property Development and Architecture Awards 2021, held at a gala event at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Julians, Alliance Real Estate was awarded no less than five prestigious trophies, including that of Best Real Estate Agency of the Year 2021.
“Although we’ve been working in real estate for more than sixteen years, Alliance has been established as an independent real estate agency brand for just over one year now; and to be awarded in this massive way is such a huge honour for myself, my partners and my team”, exclaimed Michael Bonello, CEO of Alliance, as he walked off the stage after collecting his company’s fifth accolade of the evening.
Alliance won top prizes in the following award categories: ‘Best Real Estate Agency of the Year 2021’, ‘Best Real Estate Professional of the Year 2021’, ‘Best Real Estate and Property Agency of the Year 2021′, and ‘Best Property Agency of the Year 2021’. Mr Bonello himself was also awarded “Best Real Estate CEO of the Year 2021’.
The Real Estate, Property, and Development Awards are organised by Dynamic Events under the auspices of His Excellency The President of Malta, Dr. George Vella. The awards are decided by a jury panel composed of experts in various fields. These are Engineer Carmel Cuschieri, Charles C. Wallbank – senior vice president of Fimbank’s Real Estate Finance Division, Interior Designer Vera Sant Fournier, Sales trainer and mentor Keith Fitzpatrick, Marisa Said – Head of Consumer Finance at Bank of Valletta and Architect and lecturer Dr. Amber Wismayer.
“We had an incredibly competitive pool of finalists and were very eager to see who would come out as the worthy victors, taking home the signature keep-sake trophy, certificate and also the bragging rights of being honoured as the best in the Malta.
