As more real estate companies are re-branding their offices and joining their teams within the Alliance franchise network, the independent real estate Group launched in 2020 with seven founding branches, is now celebrating its seventeenth and eighteenth branch openings, with its first two offices in the South of Malta.

Adding to its fast-growing network of branches, Alliance Real Estate welcomes
another estate agency office that is re-branding its premises and engaging its team
into the Alliance franchise network. This is the seventh franchise office joining the Group, bringing the total number of branches to fourteen.

As the Alliance Real Estate branch network continues growing with more new and up-and-running real estate offices joining the Group, Naomi Ver Elst Micallef has been appointed to the newly created position of Head of Franchises.

Operating as Alliance by Steps Properties and located in St Julian’s, the new Alliance branch is managed by Ina Pavlova, who is determined to accelerate the growth of the estate agency she started nine years ago, with the benefits of the Alliance brand, infrastructure, training, marketing and operations management support.
